Annual Fundraiser

2nd March, 2007

This year the annual fundraiser was held at the World bank in Islamabad on March 2nd, 2007. The event was organized by Mr Iftikhar Rasheed. Ustad Fateh Ali performed at the occasion with his son Rustam Fateh Ali Khan. There was an Oddissi classical dance performance by Sheema Kirmani and her troupe. Shafqat Amanat Ali performed with his band Fuzon.

APMC Karachi Annual Festival

Ustad Fateh Ali Khan & Rustam Fateh Ali Khan performed at the All Pakistan Music Conference in Karachi.  

Monthly Baithak

26th March 2007

This month's baithak presented Tahir Ali, a disciple of Ustad Shagan and Ustad Fateh Ali Khan, Gwalior. The baithak was organized by Dr Seema, a disciple of Ustad Bade  Fateh Ali Khan at her residence. The event was attended by classical music enthusiasts and students.

1st April, 2007

Sultan Fateh Ali Khan and his students performed at a musical evening hosted by Mr Masayuki Taga, Embassy of Japan. The event also featured a tabla performance by Fumi Ra, a student of Shahid Gill at the academy.

May, 2007

Rustam Fateh Ali Khan performed at the  residence of ex-senator Shahzad Waseem.  The beautiful evening was organised by Dr. Seema Khan. See press release
